The established traffic organization is extended to 24.00 hours on 03.09.2019. The ban on the entry of vehicles remains on:

- the middle section of the roadway on “Gotse Delchev” Blvd. between “Kyustendil” Str. and “Tsar Boris III” Blvd. The traffic will be two-way on one driving lane in the same section;

- the north local roadway on “Tsar Boris III” Blvd. and two driving lanes from the northern half of the central roadway on “Tsar Boris III” Blvd., about 70 m long on both sides of the axis of “Gotse Delchev” Blvd. and “Zhitnitsa” Str.;

 - and “Zhitnitsa” Str. between "Tsar Boris III" Blvd. and "Gebedze" Str.

The traffic of vehicles on "Tsar Boris III" Blvd. will be organized as follows:

- in direction to r.a. "Knyazhevo" – on one driving lane from the southern half of the central roadway on “Tsar Boris III” Blvd., in the area of the construction site at the intersection “Tsar Boris III” Blvd. – “Gotse Delchev” Blvd. and “Zhitnitsa” Str., providing a pedestrian walking belt with a width of 1.50 m;

- in direction to the city center – on one driving lane from the southern half of the central roadway on “Tsar Boris III” Blvd., in the area of the construction site at the intersection “Tsar Boris III” Blvd. – “Gotse Delchev” Blvd. - “Zhitnitsa” Str.

The change in the routes of bus lines Nos. 73, 83 and 102 remains in force until 24.00 hours on 04.09.2019, as follows:

- bus line No. 73 - in direction to r.a. "Gotse Delchev": from r.a. "Ovcha Kupel 2" on its way to the intersection "Ljubljana" Str./ "Ovcha Kupel" Blvd., to the right on "Ovcha kupel" Blvd., to the left on "Tsar Boris III" Blvd., to the right on "Bratya Bukston" Blvd., to the left on "Todor Kableshkov" Str., to the left on "Gen. Stefan Toshev" Str., to the right on" Gotse Delchev "Blvd. and on its way to r.a. "Gotse Delchev" - two-way.  .

- bus line No. 83 - in direction of the Zoo: from Hyundai Bulgaria on its way to the intersection – “Konstantin Velichkov” Blvd. – “Vazkresenie” Blvd., on “Acad. Ivan Evstratiev Geshov" Blvd. through the tunnel under "Tsar Boris III" Blvd. and "Sv. Georgi Sofiyski" Str., to the right on "Bulgaria" Blvd., to the left on “Gotse Delchev” Blvd. and on its way to the Zoo - two way.

- bus line No. 102 - in direction to "Studentski grad": from r.a.  "Ovcha Kupel 2" on its way to the intersection “Zhitnitsa” Str./ "Ovcha kupel" Blvd., to the left on "Nikola Mushanov" Blvd., to the right on "Vazkresenie" Blvd., to the right on “Acad. Ivan Evstratiev Geshov" Blvd. through the tunnel under "Tsar Boris III" Blvd. and "Sv. Georgi Sofiyski" Str., on "Petko Y. Todorov" Blvd., to the left on "Byala Cherkva" Str. and on its way to “Studentski grad” - two way.

The buses on lines Nos 73, 83 and 102 stop at all existing bus stops on the changed route segments.
