INFORMATION ABOUT PERFORMED DATA PROTECTION IMPACT ASSESSMENT

Assessments of the impact on the data protection was performed in relation to the processing of personal data in the activities of department “Social activities and integration of disadvantaged people” in accordance with the provision of Art. 35 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016.

The measures implemented for compliance with the principles of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 and for management of the risk for the integrity, confidentiality, availability and accessibility of processed personal data were assessed as acceptable and applicable in Sofia (Metropolitan) Municipality.

The assessment of the impact on the data protection is subject to systematic review – at least once every two years or in case of any change in the circumstances described in the assessment.
